I've bought a few things from this… I've bought a few things from this business, both from her website and from kickstarter. The most recent thing i bought was the Alien Kitty Squish Friend! She always makes sure to give the most information and if I've had any questions about shipping she gets back to me as soon as she can (because she's human running a small business!!!) I've never had a bad experience with her and I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!

The woman who owns this business runs… The woman who owns this business runs things as if she is a child in charge of a pretend store. I’ve ordered multiple times and she consistently takes 2+ weeks to ship- much longer than the expected shipping timeframe listed on the website. Last time I ordered, it had been nearly 3 weeks since the ship date, and the tracking provided still stated that the USPS was awaiting the item. I contacted NattyCat and got a response that the package had been shipped more than a week prior. I was told to wait a few more days and that if I didn’t receive it, to reach out and it would be resent. I of course never received it, so I reached out to ask for a refund. After 5 days of no response from the business, I filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. Do not recommend - it’s clear this business and its customer service (or lack thereof) is a complete joke to the owner.

The cutest stuff, great customer service (I give Toshi 20/10 for support) pretty standard shipping times, very transparent in response/processing times and addresses any issues or delays publicly on many platforms.

One of my favs! <3 I've been buying from this brand for a couple years now! I absolutely adore the artist, her creations, and all the hard work and care put into this small business!! Many things I've bought have been for gifts and everyone has always adored the items! I too have a personal collection of NattyCat brand because it's too adorable not to!! From pins to accessories I have loved every purchase!
