All of her products are of high quality, and it is evident she cares so much about her customers and her art. With my most recent purchase, I have started to grow a little corner of NattyCat pins specifically because they’re just too good! The owner herself always ships things as timely as her health and personal life will allow, but I’ve never waited longer than two weeks for shipping. As a small business with limited resources and classic USPS delivery methods, she knocks it out of the park and makes sure her customers end up satisfied with their purchases and products.

Perfect shop for anime fans and kawaii lovers! NattyCat's shop is one of the cutest and most creative places to buy enamel pins, plushies, and unique anime merch. She's an artist, so she designs her own products! I've been a customer of Natty's for almost a year now and I've never had a -single- negative experience. Product quality, shipping and customer service have been impeccable, and NattyCat herself is one of the kindest, most patient small business owners I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with (we've exchanged a few emails personally, and she's gone above and beyond to help me). I'm looking forward to the future of the store and can't wait to see what comes out next!

Many things I've bought have been for gifts and everyone has always adored the items! I too have a personal collection of NattyCat brand because it's too adorable not to!! Slow wait but worthwhile experience Currently waiting on a package due to business moving buildings which would therefore make it a little slower. Gives me time to check out items. I ordered several pins, lanyard and a fun little wallet for a convention and love it. Cant wait to see my alien kitty!! Love this shop 10/10 recommend
