A++++ shop for enamel pin lovers and collectors! I’ve ordered pins from NattyCat before and my experience was nothing short of wonderful! My items shipped and arrived quickly (although NC obviously has no control over USPS, so any delays on USPS’s end wouldn’t have been her fault!). The pins I received are super high quality and some of my favorites in my collection. I highly recommend this seller!

Happy with order I recently purchased one of the giant angry alien kitties from this shop that was placed on a preorder and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The owner promptly answered my questions/concerns through the shop's Instagram DMs. I'm always a little worried when ordering preorders from small shops due to delays and cancellations, but the item came when expected, if not earlier. Shipping times aren't really up to the shop though as it depends on the carrier, but I thought I should mention it anyway. I'm really glad I decided to order from here. The owner seems like they genuinely care not only about their product but also about their customers. The product was fantastic too. Kitty is super soft with sturdy construction.

Many things I've bought have been for gifts and everyone has always adored the items! I too have a personal collection of NattyCat brand because it's too adorable not to!! Repeat customer of many years, and many to come… This brand has some of the most well made and high quality products I have ever purchased. Both my every day wallet and my purple coffin ITA bag are multiple years old and still holding up well to wear and tear Customer service has always been wonderful, even when something was left out of my order she was quick to remedy the issue. Kickstarter rewards always go out in a timely manner and I've never had an issue with shipping times, USPS delays are normal for all small business's but that isn't the sellers fault and NattyCat has always been very helpful in finding things that may have been misscanned or delayed by USPS. I'll be shopping with her again this holiday season

I've bought a few things from this… I've bought a few things from this business, both from her website and from kickstarter. The most recent thing i bought was the Alien Kitty Squish Friend! She always makes sure to give the most information and if I've had any questions about shipping she gets back to me as soon as she can (because she's human running a small business!!!) I've never had a bad experience with her and I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!
