DEHands down one of the best brands I… Hands down one of the best brands I ordered from. My backback worked beautifully, and when the zipper broke after 5 years, I am getting a replacement. All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. I hope this brand will set standards for the rest.

GBOriginal PRVKE 21L Original PRVKE 21L First up, this is a fantastic bag. I use it every day as I motorcycle in to work. I bought it in January 2020 and I have to say it still looks great. It stands up against all weather and is super comfortable to wear regardless of how much I stuff it. But the real stand out is the company & their customer service. Last week the main zipper failed. Again this is after daily use for 3 years in all weathers. These things can happen and the company immediately sent me a brand new replacement, the new upgraded PRVKE, with no quibble. I see a lot of these 'life time warranty' comments on various brand websites and always assume they will nickle and dime their way out of it. Not Wandrd...

BEExceptional gear and customer support ! Exceptional gear and customer support ! I purchased my first Prvke backpack in 2018. After one year of daily usage unfortunately it was stolen so i purchased a second one right away. I've been using it for 5 years everyday and it still holds up very very well, except that recently i had my third zipper broke on me and i thought ok, its about the right time to contact customer support to see if i have any options to fix it. I wrote them (filled the form on their website) yesterday, and it took only 6 hours for them to send me a giftcard for all new Prvke backpack free of charge! thats rad indeed! :) you made my day WANDRD.

GBGenuine life-time warranty - great customer service These guys are the real deal. No product is perfect, but when the stitching on my PRVKE split after years of constant globetrotting Wandrd agreed to replace it immediately. Can't fault them for one second. For anyone else obsessed with finding that 'bag-for-life' company, look no further.
