I enquired about information regarding one of their camera bags and got a detailed description that was brilliant.I had to leave feedback about the way they dealt with my question and a couple of weeks later I was picked out by random to win a $50 gift towards a purchase from their website. I have ordered the bag i enquired about and I am looking forward to using it on my filming adventures. WANDRD ROCKS! Extremely happy with my PRVKE 31L Wasatch green that I have had since 2019. Been using it both for work and in my privat life all the time. It is especially handy when travelling. I can manage easily for a 3-4 day trip abroad with the PRVKE 31L. I was so happy with the bag that I chose to order the PRVKE 41L for longer trips and I've been super satisfied. Original PRVKE 21L Original PRVKE 21L First up, this is a fantastic bag. I use it every day as I motorcycle in to work. I bought it in January 2020 and I have to say it still looks great. It stands up against all weather and is super comfortable to wear regardless of how much I stuff it. But the real stand out is the company & their customer service. Last week the main zipper failed. Again this is after daily use for 3 years in all weathers. These things can happen and the company immediately sent me a brand new replacement, the new upgraded PRVKE, with no quibble. I see a lot of these 'life time warranty' comments on various brand websites and always assume they will nickle and dime their way out of it. Not Wandrd...

I bought a backpack from WANDRD two… I bought a backpack from WANDRD two years ago (Original PVKE) and it had been performing wonderfully in that time. Recently a seam ripped, right where the back straps connect to the clam shell. I emailed WANDRD and within a day they responded and my backpack was fully covered by their lifetime warranty. It was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had.
