No product is perfect, but when the stitching on my PRVKE split after years of constant globetrotting Wandrd agreed to replace it immediately. Can't fault them for one second. Truly terrible customer service. Amateurs. I ordered this while traveling and because of their slow fulfillment was unable to receive it. They refused to cancel the order even before it shipped, refused to assist in having the item shipped back to them, and accused me of fraud when I disputed the charges. WANDRD ROCKS! Extremely happy with my PRVKE 31L Wasatch green that I have had since 2019. Been using it both for work and in my privat life all the time. It is especially handy when travelling. I can manage easily for a 3-4 day trip abroad with the PRVKE 31L. I was so happy with the bag that I chose to order the PRVKE 41L for longer trips and I've been super satisfied. I have had a 21 L prvke black camera… I have had a 21 L prvke black camera backpack for five years and I love it - it's been with me through a lot. I could not recommend WANDRD more. Also, their lifetime warranty is actually lifetime which I am super grateful and appreciative for since my bag had a problem with the zipper and they are sending me a new one. You won't be disappointed.
