OfferUp has no customer service OfferUp has no customer service, I’ve sold over 1,000 items over the course of 5 years and they just disabled my account without giving me a reason. I had 422 five star reviews and they disable my account. You can’t contact them, 7 times I posted an item without it actually reaching the website and they disable my account. Truly horrible experience.

Ban account for no reasons .refuse to help Trash would give zero star if i could . Had over 400+ followers . Stellar reviews . People kept coming back because they loved my items . They randomly closed and ban my account overnight for no valid reason . Never broke their rules but thats the run around their " service" gives you . Yet live animals drugs conterfeit designer items scammers perverts and dangerous predator are allow freely on the app with zero repercussion . Time for a class action against offerup for unjust and unfair account ban . The app is trash and been trash . They added bunch of ads now . Not to mention all you will get are low ballers trying to get free or almost free items . Not sure how this trashy app stayed in business. I miss letgo ( which they boughg and shut down) .offerup is THE WORSE selling app. The people answering ( most likely in a third word country) dont give 2 s.t about you or doing their " job" . They jist copy paste random stuff as an answer .will tell you than can do nothing cant overturn nothing .they are paid to be USELESS ... must be nice .

Very user unfriendly. The only way you can list items for sale is by using their mobile app. What a horrible and annoying site! I am glad that I don't have a mobile phone because I come here to write a review and over 90% of their over 1400 reviews are 1 stars!!!! Wow! I've never seen that against a company. They even lie in their welcome email by showing a 5 star review. This company hardly has any 5 star reviews (2% as of today)!!!!

One of the worst companies out there… One of the worst companies out there this site sucks. No reason to why they took my post down. And when I asked them for answers the kick me off the site altogether. Really horrible company and I really never sold anything on that site. Every time I had an offer it never went through. Garbage site. No one should use this site so many bad reviews. You suck OfferUp
