OfferUp customer service is total… OfferUp customer service is total dishonest and unprofessional They will disable your account for Stupid reasons but will let criminals posting bunch of fake ads I had a lot of positive feedbacks and they disable my account for a dumb reason I can see that why OfferUp has 1.1 star review which is they shouldn’t be in the business

OfferUp..Crash and Burn I doubt if this company will succeed or improve. The emphasis on income generation for OfferUp is the extreme priority with ads proliferating the site and many requests for a monthly fee to upgrade (to what?). 30 minute wait before item posts, and now, 15 max appliance posts allowed, and I recently had a post removed for a $50 set of garage shelves because there was a FEE!!! Facebook marketplace, and specifically, Craigslist maintain a forum more inclined to actually help people sell their stuff with no strings attached. Attention OfferUp: You're not eBay and never will be. The new CEO totally trashed this site.

This company is selling your info they… This company is selling your info they require two forms of ID verification now to father more info to sell under the guise of making the platform safer. Their customer serviceis trash they will not speak to you they will only copy paste an automated message. Stop using this platform

Very user unfriendly. The only way you can list items for sale is by using their mobile app. What a horrible and annoying site! I am glad that I don't have a mobile phone because I come here to write a review and over 90% of their over 1400 reviews are 1 stars!!!! Wow! I've never seen that against a company. They even lie in their welcome email by showing a 5 star review. This company hardly has any 5 star reviews (2% as of today)!!!!

One of the worst companies out there… One of the worst companies out there this site sucks. No reason to why they took my post down. And when I asked them for answers the kick me off the site altogether. Really horrible company and I really never sold anything on that site. Every time I had an offer it never went through. Garbage site. No one should use this site so many bad reviews. You suck OfferUp
