Shady Sellers The people on here lie about what they're selling and send products that are broken or won't give access. They offer refunds but you only have a small window to request. Sometimes my mail is in the box longer then expected and im not able to refund the items

One of the worst companies out there… One of the worst companies out there this site sucks. No reason to why they took my post down. And when I asked them for answers the kick me off the site altogether. Really horrible company and I really never sold anything on that site. Every time I had an offer it never went through. Garbage site. No one should use this site so many bad reviews. You suck OfferUp

Annoying advertisements You get on the website to shop for something that you need or want, one or two minutes into searching an advertisement pop up. Most disturbing when you’re trying to shop and your shopping comes to a halt. OfferUp is annoying. They should not have been allowed to buy out Lego. I shop solely on Facebook marketplace.

Very user unfriendly. The only way you can list items for sale is by using their mobile app. What a horrible and annoying site! I am glad that I don't have a mobile phone because I come here to write a review and over 90% of their over 1400 reviews are 1 stars!!!! Wow! I've never seen that against a company. They even lie in their welcome email by showing a 5 star review. This company hardly has any 5 star reviews (2% as of today)!!!!

No longer able to connect with Offer Up - cell too old Well, seems those of us with older cell phones no longer are welcome on Offer up and have been kicked off. Not buying a new phone just to sell on Offer up - you may end losing lots of folks.
