OfferUp has no customer service OfferUp has no customer service, I’ve sold over 1,000 items over the course of 5 years and they just disabled my account without giving me a reason. I had 422 five star reviews and they disable my account. You can’t contact them, 7 times I posted an item without it actually reaching the website and they disable my account. Truly horrible experience.

App & help center TOTALLY SUCKS App & help center TOTALLY SUCKS! Had a post with car parts removed twice. They said I had prohibited items on several posts & threatened to ban me. I only had 2 posts, 1 with car mirrors & the other with exterior trim. There app is bloated with so much junk you have a third of the screen to see items. 4 year old ads and fake people inquiring. Lots of scammers up the yingyang too. Even paid adverts are scammers. I investigated several. No such businesses. You're better off having and going to yard sales and estate sales, or craigslist is even a better option. Offer up is trash and there help center are LIARS. Dont waste your time. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Annoying advertisements You get on the website to shop for something that you need or want, one or two minutes into searching an advertisement pop up. Most disturbing when you’re trying to shop and your shopping comes to a halt. OfferUp is annoying. They should not have been allowed to buy out Lego. I shop solely on Facebook marketplace.

Run, don't walk away from OfferUp Don't take just this one guy's opinion for it. Just look at what you are agreeing to when use the site. The terms and conditions go so far beyond buying and selling goods that it is shocking.

I will flag scammers and offer up bans… I will flag scammers and offer up bans my account and most of the scammers are still up breaking the rules ..yes i will make a new account but i see these scammers with over 10 accounts ..different names and cities but the same batch of pictures and the same BS claiming they are giving the iphone 14 away just pay shipping $25 outside of offer up
