Steer Clear Any app that REQUIRES most users to upload a government issues photo ID and allow for an uploaded facial scan is downright ridiculous. With the incidents of data hacks and breaches on the rise, would you want your drivers license and biometrics stored anywhere? And for what? Just to purchase something? This is an example of going way too far. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Offer Up. Yes they will say it’s to verify identity to maintain a “safe and more trusted “ shopping experience. What about when that information is hacked and thieves have all your personal information and biometrics like your facial scan. No thank you. Stick with reputable sites like eBay.

App & help center TOTALLY SUCKS App & help center TOTALLY SUCKS! Had a post with car parts removed twice. They said I had prohibited items on several posts & threatened to ban me. I only had 2 posts, 1 with car mirrors & the other with exterior trim. There app is bloated with so much junk you have a third of the screen to see items. 4 year old ads and fake people inquiring. Lots of scammers up the yingyang too. Even paid adverts are scammers. I investigated several. No such businesses. You're better off having and going to yard sales and estate sales, or craigslist is even a better option. Offer up is trash and there help center are LIARS. Dont waste your time. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

No longer able to connect with Offer Up - cell too old Well, seems those of us with older cell phones no longer are welcome on Offer up and have been kicked off. Not buying a new phone just to sell on Offer up - you may end losing lots of folks.

OfferUp customer service is total… OfferUp customer service is total dishonest and unprofessional They will disable your account for Stupid reasons but will let criminals posting bunch of fake ads I had a lot of positive feedbacks and they disable my account for a dumb reason I can see that why OfferUp has 1.1 star review which is they shouldn’t be in the business

One of the worst companies out there… One of the worst companies out there this site sucks. No reason to why they took my post down. And when I asked them for answers the kick me off the site altogether. Really horrible company and I really never sold anything on that site. Every time I had an offer it never went through.
