GBOrdered an Ertz womens #8 soccer jersey… Ordered an Ertz womens #8 soccer jersey size ladies Medium. It was way too small by all standards. Tried to do a simple exchange for a larger size and was denied. They said "customized" shirts are final sale. How is #8 Ertz customized? That is her number. Nothing customized about it at all. I was reluctant to order from them in the beginning and they proved me right.

GBPoor return policy They don't have a customer-friendly return policy on cleats. WeGotSoccer only allows returns of brand new cleats. There is no way for a player to experience the true fit and performance of the cleats, besides just trying them in the store. My daughter wore her Nike AG Elite cleats for 1 training session and they gave her severe blisters (unlike any other pair). But because she wore them for 90 minutes, they will not take them back. I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted an exchange. Extremely poor return policy compared to its peers. For those looking for better return policies: Soccer.com has a 30 day, no questions asked, train and play in the cleats and return them for any reason. I've also returned cleats to Dick's because they were not comfortable after playing in them.

GB4+months to get cleats after soccer season is done. Ordered cleats and received them 4 months later after soccer season was done. The box was completely destroyed. Customer service, Devin, was very nice and knowledgable but the company policies stink. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. So not only have they had my $90 this whole time but now I get to pay for shipping again.

FRONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME BUY ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME, OR PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO DELIVER FATSER. I got my package delivered in perfect condition and everything. However with very very few protection. Also I had sent them an email asking to pause my delivery or give me the possibility to change the delivery location because the processing was taking very long (it took around a week or more) and I didn’t know if the package would come in time (I had to leave but didn’t know when, so didn’t want to take any risk). Took them 3 days to reply, and it was after they gave the package to UPS, so no change was possible. Only thing left to do was hope it would arrive in time. Luckily it did, 1 hour before I left my house.

GBAgree with non helpful canned… Agree with non helpful canned response.with customer service. They do not care. Ordered July 31, 2021. Uniform was guaranteed to be in for first game if ordered by Aug 5. I ordered 2 different team uniform kits. One is ready but they won't ship because other kit is missing socks. More people should speak up! teams should stop using
