Just the WORST Absolutely awful experience with We Got Soccer. Shipping is months (!!) behind schedule. I get a different answer from every customer service rep I speak to. After a total runaround on a soccer kit that was ordered in early July (still waiting in late Sept when the rest of the team has received their). They won't even ship the items free when they are ready. I have never experienced something like this - and am not willing to blame covid-related delays. Stay away!!

Worst attempt at omni-channel retail I… Worst attempt at omni-channel retail I have ever seen. If I buy something at the retail store in Jacksonville, it is always a great experience. The people are nice, and the product is solid. However, stay away from the website at all costs. Their fulfillment is awful, and then when you want to ask about it the service is equally awful. If you have a local store, you are probably safe (Jax for sure), but otherwise I would avoid them and use Soccer.com.

Terrible experience with return I returned an item (which of course I had to mail back myself at my own expense). The tracking showed it had been delivered to them two weeks ago at that point and I still did not receive a refund or any acknowledgment of receipt. I had to email multiple times to get a response and eventually a refund. Replied and said it should not be my job to micromanage my refund and that I was unhappy with my experience, and once again was ignored. These people are just jerks.

Horrible experience with returns Besides everything being overpriced, when you try to return something that you bought using the company that made the product´s sizing chart, they won´t take it back!! The product did not even have a name or number on it

The return policy is another fruad They sent me a wrong item that I need to return it, and the policy says if you are asking for a refund, you need to get confirmation from the company before you sent the item back. I asked for a refund and sent emails, tens of emails, and they never replied... I am thinking they are sending me the wrong item on purpose
