AWOL Customer Service Much like others here, I placed an order back in early December and no communication, not taking phone calls, no email responses and no updates. It’s understandable that there would be shipping delays and such but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re not shipping out or making the products surely you have time to respond to people with honesty about what’s going on. Seems like a scam to me now and at least I can still stop payment on my credit card.

If I could give a zero star I would- I… If I could give a zero star I would- I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, a personalized blanket, on 12/5 - an email came on 12/17 that the design needed approval before shipping. I approved it immediately. As of today, 12/24, not only has it not arrived, it hasn’t even shipped out yet! I ordered a similar item from another web site PERSONALIZATION MALL, for my other daughter on the same day- it was less expensive, is of beautiful quality and I received it within a week. Do not order from Cuddle Clones; you’ll regret it.

In 2019 I had to say goodbye to my Coco who was 11 due to cancer. I had both pups from birth. We shared so many wonderful adventures together throughout the years. They will never ever be forgotten. I came across Cuddle Clones through a web search. I was impressed with their work and reviews from clearly satisfied customers. I decided to have clones made of my dear pups (the bobbleheads). I excitedly uploaded pictures and provided some detail on Coco and Brody. Eight weeks seemed like an eternity. Manuela contacted me a few weeks in requesting additional pictures to get the details perfect. I sent the pictures along with a note of excitement and to my pleasant surprise received a very heartwarming reply from Manuela. It made my day. A real human with heartfelt emotions. The day my clones arrived I was actually nervous, but excited to see them. I just bawled my eyes out when I took them out of their boxes. They looked exactly like my little loves! Every detail was perfect! Every marking, their eyes their noses, the colors in their fur, just everything! My pups may be over the Rainbow Bridge, but thanks to Cuddle Clones, I found happiness and a sense of peace with the clones of my furry little loves. Cuddle Clones is a professional organization, with people who take their work seriously and produce unbelievable results! Top notch hands down! I recommend Cuddle Clones to everyone who has a pet and can't thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to see my little loves every single day!

Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid… Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid for rush shipping. Shipping label created Dec 8th and no update since. Reached out multiple times to customer service and always get a canned response. Reached out on Facebook on their business page and someone actually responded saying since DHL is on strike they are having problems but would ship out via 2 day fed ex but wouldn’t provide tracking number. I just want a refund at this point. Should’ve read more reviews. BBB rating is an F

AMAZING!!! Good afternoon! My dear friend gave me a gift yesterday that absolutely touched my soul and is now one of my most prized possessions….a cuddle clone of my soul dog, Willow. My Willow passed away in January and a part of me died with her. Losing her absolutely wrecked me and it’s been a struggle to learn to live without her these last few months. When Jaime gave me this amazing gift, I burst into tears because it looked SO much like my Willy girl - everything from her beautiful brindle color, her ears, white marks on her chest and even down to the little skin tags she had on her face that I loved so much! I was absolutely amazed. When I hold little clone Willy or have her on the couch with me, it gives me such comfort like she’s still with me. I even fell asleep with her in my arms yesterday. There just aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for this precious gift and what spectacular work your company did ❤️ Thank you so much for proving this wonderful service for all of us animal lovers!
