GBIf I could give a zero star I would- I… If I could give a zero star I would- I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, a personalized blanket, on 12/5 - an email came on 12/17 that the design needed approval before shipping. I approved it immediately. As of today, 12/24, not only has it not arrived, it hasn’t even shipped out yet! I ordered a similar item from another web site PERSONALIZATION MALL, for my other daughter on the same day- it was less expensive, is of beautiful quality and I received it within a week. Do not order from Cuddle Clones; you’ll regret it.

GBI received my cuddly clone and i was in… I received my cuddly clone and i was in shock. How perfect amazing beautiful. It looked exactly like my furry baby Puchi. Which I miss and love with all my heart. Now I can see him every day and hug him as if he was still here with me memories forever. I will always treasure. Love this company. It was amazing how identical they were just love it.

GBSpent a lot, received nothing for Christmas I spent $800 ordering custom pajamas for my ENTIRE family on 12/4 and paid for rush shipping to guarantee its arrival before Christmas. It’s Dec. 25th, Christmas morning is over, and my family had nothing to open from me. I’m SO furious the company wasn’t transparent about whatever is going on so I could make an alternate plan. Also can’t get a straight answer about the status or ETA. Will never order from them again or recommend to others.

GBOrdered pajamas for my kids and paid… Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid for rush shipping. Shipping label created Dec 8th and no update since. Reached out multiple times to customer service and always get a canned response. Reached out on Facebook on their business page and someone actually responded saying since DHL is on strike they are having problems but would ship out via 2 day fed ex but wouldn’t provide tracking number. I just want a refund at this point. Should’ve read more reviews. BBB rating is an F
