I received my cuddly clone and i was in… I received my cuddly clone and i was in shock. How perfect amazing beautiful. It looked exactly like my furry baby Puchi. Which I miss and love with all my heart. Now I can see him every day and hug him as if he was still here with me memories forever. I will always treasure. Love this company. It was amazing how identical they were just love it.

Deceptive business practices to scam you This company uses deceptive business practices to scam you out of significant sums of money. They did not follow specifications or photos, and when I asked if I should request a refund or if they could fix it, they promised I would be satisfied with "alterations." The second version looked almost worse than the first. So they offer to fix it, at the expense of losing your right to a refund, then don't ACTUALLY fix what they say they will fix. (or, more likely, they probably just grab a pre-made plush off the shelf and sew a name tag on it). Then they outright refuse to do anything else to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I wanted a golf club head cover that… I wanted a golf club head cover that looked like my dog, Googled that thought and I found the Cuddle Clones website. After looking into the process they gave for making that happen for me I couldn't help but to continue on with their company. Their customer service was terrific all around and the final product I received was just as amazing.
