GBAWOL Customer Service Much like others here, I placed an order back in early December and no communication, not taking phone calls, no email responses and no updates. It’s understandable that there would be shipping delays and such but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re not shipping out or making the products surely you have time to respond to people with honesty about what’s going on. Seems like a scam to me now and at least I can still stop payment on my credit card.

I sleep every day with my arms around her, I talk to her and sometimes when I'm looking in her eyes I think and hope that she can see me back. GBI wanted a golf club head cover that… I wanted a golf club head cover that looked like my dog, Googled that thought and I found the Cuddle Clones website. After looking into the process they gave for making that happen for me I couldn't help but to continue on with their company. Their customer service was terrific all around and the final product I received was just as amazing. I suggest looking at their site as a gift thought for anybody you know who loves their pet, there's so much more they offer than just my golf club head cover!
