Good service but could be excellent Thank you - almost 5 but I emailed you to ask where I should add my membership number but no reply. It’s annoying to order a gift for some else when paying and get your emails addressed to that person rather than the account holder. Emailed suggestions about Christmas cards and no answer.

It has been many years since I went… It has been many years since I went through CTC. Thankfully my brother attended as a visitor to be shown what was available as a bootneck and the recruitment. He was able to attend the shop and acquire a couple of items that I had been looking for for a few years... Staff were very helpful and patient, (as I was texting him from Canada) on what I wanted him to get me... I now have a brochure and have looked at the online store and no doubt will be getting things in the future... Thanks Andy Happy ex-commando!

Impulsive shopper I have been buying clothing & books for several years now. Service is quick, and response to direct email enquiries are friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable & postage rates are not prohibitive. My main problem is the "Search" bar. Nothing that I type in comes up. When you had the "Pusser's grips": type it in - nothing - so you have to trawl through various headings to find whatever; calenders, diaries...The upside of that is seeing other things you "have to have"!!! I often recommend RM Shop also because profits go to the RMA! Days later...I see that the RM Shop website has changed - now the search bar works better! Great stuff, but I will still trawl!

Amateur customer services and lazy… Amateur customer services and lazy stock management/tracking. Bought an item in Dec which I was told I would get at some point, it’s now Feb and they haven’t responded to my queries.

I only requested a catalogue I only requested a catalogue. The small print said I'd receive an email to let me know when my order was being sent, then it would take 3-5 days to receive the order. Almost a week later and I've not yet received the email to say my order has been dealt with. This really puts me off ordering anything else. As a former Marine i have high expectations but this experience has left me disappointed.
