GBI come from a military family I come from a military family. My father was a soldier but in 1940 was involved in the formation of Unit 1 Royal Marines, so it’s a privilege to be able to support the Corps Family through buying from the Royal Marines Shop. I’ve found the shop staff to be extremely helpful, always polite & knowledgeable. Great quality products too. Well deserving of this 5 stars review!

GBI only requested a catalogue I only requested a catalogue. The small print said I'd receive an email to let me know when my order was being sent, then it would take 3-5 days to receive the order. Almost a week later and I've not yet received the email to say my order has been dealt with. This really puts me off ordering anything else. As a former Marine i have high expectations but this experience has left me disappointed.

GBAmateur customer services and lazy… Amateur customer services and lazy stock management/tracking. Bought an item in Dec which I was told I would get at some point, it’s now Feb and they haven’t responded to my queries.

GBChristmas Cards, Christmas Cards,. I am afraid to say this years Christmas card selection was very poor.With the rising cost of postage, the better card with the ribbon bow, can only be mailed as a large stamp size, making it an expensive item. There was very little choice otherwise unless you wanted cards with Royal Marine slang on them.
