NZGreat customer services Really good communications and great service, there was a delay on a couple of items I ordered but the team let me know that straight awa. It was all tracked and a very simple easy buying experience.

GBI only requested a catalogue I only requested a catalogue. The small print said I'd receive an email to let me know when my order was being sent, then it would take 3-5 days to receive the order. Almost a week later and I've not yet received the email to say my order has been dealt with. This really puts me off ordering anything else. As a former Marine i have high expectations but this experience has left me disappointed.

GBGood service but could be excellent Thank you - almost 5 but I emailed you to ask where I should add my membership number but no reply. It’s annoying to order a gift for some else when paying and get your emails addressed to that person rather than the account holder. Emailed suggestions about Christmas cards and no answer.

GBExcellent Service from the Shop I ordered my XXL polo shirts online but when I checked my order email I noticed that the wrong sizes were displayed. I emailed the shop and they immediately corrected the order to the correct sizes. The two polo shirts and one tee shirt arrived within 2 days which I thought was very good service. The three items were all of good quality material and the embroidered badges were excellent. I will be making further purchases.

GBAmateur customer services and lazy… Amateur customer services and lazy stock management/tracking. Bought an item in Dec which I was told I would get at some point, it’s now Feb and they haven’t responded to my queries.
