Had a great experience with this company The product arrived on time, fully functional. I made a mistake with my order on the website - somehow the smoke cartridges were not included. It was probably a mistake on my end since I didn't see them on the invoice either. I tried calling, but it was a holiday weekend when I got it. They did call back the following Monday, and I appreciate the effort. There was another issue with shipping. After I removed the old label, attached new one and sent it off, the machine arrived back at my house a few days later! I called it in, and RTO was able to get me a new label and update my order so I wasn't charged the additional days. Well done, folks!

Perfect experience for shipping to Canada Perfect. Ordered four subsalve underwater lift bags for my boat lift, for shipment to Atlantic Canada, via FEDEX and was flawless and earlier than promised; always like it when a company under promises and over delivers. Certainly better than the other way around....looking forward to using them to remove my boat lift in October, but the bags look super strong and durable.
