Had a great experience with this company The product arrived on time, fully functional. I made a mistake with my order on the website - somehow the smoke cartridges were not included. It was probably a mistake on my end since I didn't see them on the invoice either. I tried calling, but it was a holiday weekend when I got it. They did call back the following Monday, and I appreciate the effort. There was another issue with shipping. After I removed the old label, attached new one and sent it off, the machine arrived back at my house a few days later! I called it in, and RTO was able to get me a new label and update my order so I wasn't charged the additional days. Well done, folks!

Will Noonan was awesome in explaining everything to make the best choice for our application... which was lifting/leveling a cottage where part of one of the beams was resting right on the ground so it only required minimal digging to fit the airbag under the beam for lifting.
