GBThe postage said it would arrive by… The postage said it would arrive by 11:00 AM but did not arrive until 3:30 PM. I don't know if it was the fault of the company or fed. ex. Upon seeing what had happened to the shipment rental tools immediately started to resolve this problem. They reimbersed me for some of the cost of the postage. I did not ask them to do this. They just wanted my experience to be a good experience. I would definely use them again.

GBEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the first step of speaking with Will Noonan on a call to verify the process and equipment, to each and every step of the experience it has been Perfect. Will was extremely professional, polite and patient and explained everything. The equipment arrived as advised, in perfect working order, packed excellent. Simple to use and pack up and return. I used the equipment for no more than 5minutes but it solved my issue and the whole process was effortless.

GBI purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived… I purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived within 2 days which was awesome. I also ordered a set of brushes for the drill that did not arrive. I called customer service (someone picked up right away without pushing 20 button) and spoke with a guy that apologized and had them expedited to me right away. No drama, no dragging their heels and made me feel valued. My experience was pleasant which is unusual these days.
