He came through with the correct equipment that we needed urgently and had it next day delivered to our job site! Had a great experience with this company The product arrived on time, fully functional. I made a mistake with my order on the website - somehow the smoke cartridges were not included. It was probably a mistake on my end since I didn't see them on the invoice either. I tried calling, but it was a holiday weekend when I got it. They did call back the following Monday, and I appreciate the effort. There was another issue with shipping. After I removed the old label, attached new one and sent it off, the machine arrived back at my house a few days later! I called it in, and RTO was able to get me a new label and update my order so I wasn't charged the additional days. Well done, folks!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the first step of speaking with Will Noonan on a call to verify the process and equipment, to each and every step of the experience it has been Perfect. Will was extremely professional, polite and patient and explained everything. The equipment arrived as advised, in perfect working order, packed excellent. Simple to use and pack up and return. I used the equipment for no more than 5minutes but it solved my issue and the whole process was effortless.
