CHPurr-fect customer service 😻 Sadly it took quite long until I received my order because of an issue with the delivery partner. But let’s get to the good part of the story: The customer service was lovely, Juliet did everything to solve the problem in a very customer friendly way! This made my experience with Kittenfy almost purr-fect and I‘m very happy with my personalised mugs, they are so cute. 😻

GBAnyone can make a mistake, but... Anyone can make a mistake, it's how you deal with it that separates the excellent from the average. A very quick and bespoking process for both a sleep shirt and a mug and timely delivery, despite it being just a fortnight before Christmas. Unfortunately, a small spot of orange colour from one of the cats had bled onto the shirt sleeve; it wasn't a big deal really, but it just spoiled an otherwise lovely gift, making it look like a second. I emailed customer service and copy and pasted that onto their online contact form. I received a really lovely and contrite reply inside 36 hours that informed me the shirt had already been reprinted and they would do their level best to get it delivered in time for Christmas. It arrived just 3 days later and well in time. Brilliant (and amusing) comms and a first class recovery of a slightly tricky situation. Well done Team Kittenfy - I'm very happy to recommend your products as well as your customer service.

GBOverpriced, cheap quality, arrived stained Overpriced, cheap quality, bad customer service. You can get the same thing on Etsy for 1/3 the price with better service. The T-shirt arrived stained, poorly printed and on paper-thin fabric. Sent photos of all three of these problems to customer service requesting refund, and they keep asking for more photos instead. Classic stall technique, exhaust the customer til they give up. There are lots of better places; Go elsewhere is my advice.

GBA Purrrrfect Experience I had an exceptional experience with this company. To begin, the product is adorable. That almost goes without saying. I have four cats (a totally normal number if you ask me) and obviously each *needed* their own ornaments this year. Each ornament was both personalized by name and by likeness— something I found really hard to find elsewhere. They’re adorable, quality, and free from errors. But honestly that isn’t even what compelled me to write this review. I had tons of packages coming to my house this holiday season and in the shuffle, I wasn’t sure if I had received (or even completed my order) in the first place. So in my frantic rush to feline festiveness, I write a haphazard email. With no order number and the wrong email address, their customer support team STILL tracked down my order and got back to me promptly. It can be so sketchy buying things online these days and having a pleasant outcome absolutely tickled me. So if you’re in the market for purrrfect gifts- you’ve found the right spot!
