GBStayed in a property in Beaverton and… Stayed in a property in Beaverton and the house was full of ants. Contacted the rental company and they refused to move us and instead did a "treatment" that made no difference and they knew would not have an affect for another 3 weeks. Would constantly wake up covered in ant's and several of us ended up with rashes. The only resolution was to offer a discount on a future booking which was woefully inadequate as we would never stay at one of their properties again after our experience. Definitely stay away

GBAdditional charges scam ITrip La Quinta California exactly the same as this family see messaged below Buyer beware please read reviews and stay clear Following our July 22-29 Vacation, iTrip falsely accused my family of leaving a Fripp Island property “excessively dirty” and were wrongly charged $150. Knowing we were innocent of the allegations, we respectfully called and emailed iTrip. We were shown no compassion, understanding and especially zero compromise. Phone calls were not returned only emails stating that we were wrong. iTrip corporate was notified and took no action. As a result of our treatment, we took iTrip to small claims court and the judge ruled in our favor.

CALife happens but ITrip is inflexible - be warned Let me start by saying - yes they were right, it’s in the contract BUT I didn’t want to cancel my booking just change dates due to my companions vacation request being revoked. Daytona Beach - Same room, less popular time (january 2025 from December 2024 - both long ways off). But nope it’s in the contract - no changes allowed, so I lost my deposit of $100 ($140 Canadian). So they got my $100 but they won’t get my rebook and get another $900.00. I’m going elsewhere. So before you book - make 100% sure life isn’t going to happen or buy their overpriced cancellation insurance

GBI trip is AWFUL I trip is AWFUL! BEWARE- this property management company is AWFUL due to poor delivery, poor response, poor customer service, and poor management. Being an owner of properties in a different state, I would not recommend it. I booked a VRBO property in Park City, UT, for a family vacation, and it was not a great experience because iTrip was the property management company hidden on the back end. We left multiple voicemails requesting to call back on their emergency line, with zero calls back. YES, their EMERGENCY LINE was not supported. They would only message/text, but it would take some time (1 hour + for a response). I highly recommend staying clear of any Airbnb/VRBO properties iTrip manages. We have learned now to ask additional questions ahead of time and do research. There are many more management companies out there as more and more people are doing Airbnb/VRBO, so do your research.
