GBHappy former tenant I am a former tenant, and I left the property about 1 month ago. I was a bit scared regarding the check out, because of the bad ratings but I was positively surprised. In less than one month Saint Property Service returned almost the entire value of the deposit. They only discounted 40,00 as they suggest the house wasn't cleaned. Well, I received the house totally dirty, but, as I didn't want to argue, I accepted. Also my last report regarding the Hob not working, wasn't attended. For this 2 reasons I don't give them 5 stars. Positive points: - Great communication - Fast email replies - Honest - Usually they respond to the reported issues (as I said, except my last one..) I recommend this agency and suggest Alex / Curtis as point of communication. Thanks.

GBWorst Rental Experience of our Lives We rented a house from this company in Beeston and it was the worst experience of renting we have ever had. We had emails ignored about health concerns relating to damp and mould, it took over a year to fix a door and we lost furniture due to the mould in the house as mentioned above. The landlord broke the tenancy agreement showing up at our front door unannounced due to the lack of communication from Saints and was also insulting. As someone who works within the industry, these are the type of agents who give independent letting agents a bad reputation. Don't waste your time and avoid them completely!

GBDifficult to work with Had a boiler breakdown - left without heating (but still had hot water) for months. This was not a massive issue since it was the warmer months, but the problem persisted til Winter, when we lost hot water too. When the hot water was lost, it took Saints about two week to fix the issue, and we were left to cover the extra £150 electricity bill for heating and and hot water. In January, we asked for compensation for this. It is June now, and every email is left unanswered, every call is "we will call you back" - but don't. They are incredibly difficult to work with, if you can avoid, then do.

GBVery polite to your face From the perspective of the tenant, awful. So polite and kind on the phone and then they don’t do anything about anything. Left us with floor to ceiling black mould for months while telling us once a week that it would be “fixed this week”. Our front door repeatedly malfunctioned - it came out of alignment with the wall, about three times a year, due to subsidence of the front wall of the house. Saint left us without a working front door for weeks at a time (including a 5 week stint over Christmas and new year). After we left, Saint conducted their inspection, confirmed they would return our deposit…. and then didn’t return our deposit. Eventually after MANY emails and calls from me they returned part of the deposit (without explanation as to why some was missing). It took a further 2 weeks + 7 emails + 3 phone calls to get the rest of the deposit back, despite Saint promising repeatedly that it would be “transferred today”. Disgraceful
