GBWorst company ever!!! The corporate office and the branches are not on same page. They do not care about the tenants they only care about $$$$. We’ve always paid rent on time or sooner. They purchased a company mid year last year now all those tenants have to move because those houses are being sold. No care or concern about the tenants at all the branches said they’d wave all the fees to the existing tenants but corporate said no because they didn’t know anything about it. How can you manage properties if you don’t even know what’s going on with them answer is they don’t they just collect the rent get paid their fees and move on with no human decency to the people that are paying their salaries or how the people are affected. Worst company ever!!

GBFRAUDULENT! A complete and utter NIGHTMARE This fraudulent, corrupt company is a complete SCAM and should be avoided at all times if you’re looking for reliability, integrity & I can write a book on all the AWFUL, unprofessionalism I’ve dealt with this company since the property I am at switched to Darwin from Renu. I will not accept the abuse any longer and WILL take legal action against the shady practices of this company, I’m not sure how this is even a legally operating business. A nightmare would be a complete understatement. I couldn’t emphasize the horror of dealing with this company enough.

GBOur lease was originally with Home… Our lease was originally with Home River Group and then transferred to Darwin Homes. We rented this house for over 2yrs! In the 2yrs we rented, NO ONE ever came to do any type of maintenance. We moved out and they charged me for painting the inside of the house. NOTHING in my lease said we are responsible for paint. There was no damage, just normal scuffs from renting. Renters beware of this company!

GBMove in on a monday?!?!?!?! We originally applied for a home that said it would be ready on May 4th and were approved. We got an email stating we could not move in until May 6th, which is a monday?! Who sets a move in date as a monday? I have no help to move during the week and they will not allow us to move in on the date the home was supposed to be ready

GBMy experience with Amy was truly unmatched! My experience with Amy was truly unmatched. Typically this whole process of renting can be quite the headache, or even down right terrible, and Amy made it easy and seamless! She is EXTREMELY communicative and responsive, and followed through with things way faster than I ever would have expected her to! I truly couldn't have been more impressed with Amy from the Tampa area office. Please do not pass on acknowledging her for her hard work, she has absolutely earned it!
