GBi’ve been renting a home from this… bad business i’ve been renting a home from this company for about one year now they have switch over to this company. That sucks. You can never get in touch with anyone. Utilities billing is always two months behind customer service sucks please do not never rent a home from them. It is all fun and games when you are doing the paperwork but once you are in you are trapped, when it comes to having a situation there is never no one able to talk to never rent from them they will definitely steal your money. You would be on the phone talking to people that don’t know anything about your situation. You would be thinking that the property manager or the leasing manager that you first talk with that you will be in communication with them, but that is not true. They will drop you like his heart and you will not be able to hear from no one else they would act like they do not know you, this company needs to be banded. I am in Georgia. This is the worst ever.

GBJay Bronola's Customer service shines... Jay Bronola, Customer service manager at Darwin Homes Property Management has been very helpful getting the hedge that borders my property trimmed. It has been neglected for a long time and looking unsightly before speaking to Jay and he has come to my aid and is going to have the hedge trimmed this week. I appreciate his kind response when I have called and looking forward to the property the hedge borders looking fantastic. Kudos to Jay for a good job hopefully getting the work done in a timely fashion. I'm sure the corner lot where the hedge sits will be the talk of the Home Owners Association once it’s trimmed. Thank you, Jay Bronola, Darwin Homes Property Management for your great job and help in keeping the property looking good!

GBHorrible This is the worst company I ever rented from. They went up on rent by 500 in 2 years. Customer Service is none, I leave messages for a return call but no response. They add on extra fees you can't use state utilities. They add all in one thats too much. Don't rent from them

GBAbsolutely the worst company I have… Absolutely the worst company I have ever rented from. I have spent 5 months unable to use my master bathroom shower due to a leak. 8 different people have come to look at it and still nothing has been done other than bust tile. There is mold under it and ceiling damage from the leak as well. I cannot get ANYONE to contact me directly and emails go unanswered. Yet my rent still went up regardless. This company I will never rent from again.

GBFRAUDULENT! A complete and utter NIGHTMARE This fraudulent, corrupt company is a complete SCAM and should be avoided at all times if you’re looking for reliability, integrity & I can write a book on all the AWFUL, unprofessionalism I’ve dealt with this company since the property I am at switched to Darwin from Renu. I will not accept the abuse any longer and WILL take legal action against the shady practices of this company, I’m not sure how this is even a legally operating business. A nightmare would be a complete understatement. I couldn’t emphasize the horror of dealing with this company enough.
