GBI had this company for my recent house… I had this company for my recent house purchase. The service was poor, the sales progressor never replied to emails, I mean never like after 2 months! It was a nightmare having to communicate with them between me and the seller. The seller once asked to get my email to speak directly but they refused to even ask me due to data protection! It makes no sense as I would have given my consent to avoid using them. If in the Derbyshire area I would try elsewhere if you are wanting a good service that is contactable. The only saving grace was the branch manager was helpful a couple of times when I would complain about the awful service but this didn't seem to prevent it happening again.

GBPoor! Really, really poor communication - unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls and was made to feel like everything I asked of them was an effort! Totally unhelpful.

GBTotally unprofessional with a couldn't… Totally unprofessional with a couldn't care less attitude. Shame I can't give zero stars! We had booked a confirmed viewing of a fifth floor apartment with ABODE Bristol property lettings several days earlier. 24 hours before the viewing my wife contacted ABODE to check our booked viewing was still ok....as we had not heard back from ABODE....only to be told the property had two offers on the table one of which would be accepted, so the property was removed from their website and Rightmove's. So our viewing was effectively cancelled, shame they didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to inform us. ABODE were fully aware my wife had a broken ankle and would have been quite prepared to let us travel to the property and climb 5 flights of stairs on a totally wasted exercise. SHAMEFUL.

GBTerrible My partner had a shocking experience when selling a flat with abode. He was lied to by them throughout the process of selling with them and did not feel they gave him good advice or acted in his best interest. This review is for abode Midlands as the email address of the people who dealt with us ends in @abodemidlands.co.uk 🙄

GBHigh levels of service and… High levels of service and communication. Issues resolved quickly and after working with several agents over the last 30 years, these are the only ones that I feel safe knowing they have my back, letting me get on with my other stuff.
