George came and took photographs, then called us the following day to say he had found us a potential buyer. One viewing and sold STC even before going live on Abode’s website! Then, during the legal process, Emma’s quick thinking saved us from missing an important deadline. Throughout our sale and purchase Abode gave us sound advice and acted in a professional manner. And all the staff are really nice!

Do NOT rent a property with them Do NOT rent a property with them! Misrepresents the property during the viewing, gives a lot of empty promises about sorting out issues before we arrive. Then during the year, they do not fix anything within the house even though we constantly keep calling/emailing them. Does not return deposits. The worst landlord I ever had to deal with!

totally disappointing experience totally disappointing experience, had a break in due to their sheer negligence, left them a set of keys for a vacant property and they failed to secure french doors leading to a break in - fortunately nothing was stolen but damaged doors and had to get in a 24 hour locksmith on a bank holiday which cost an arm and a leg! Abode completely refused to acknowledge responsibility even though they were the only ones who had keys to the french doors - delisted them and got my key back off them they're only interested in taking your money and doing as little work as possible - they would ring me to meet prospective buyers saying that they were short of staff!! NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENT
