Dee & Ian - sold & purchased - 2017 We sold and purchased with the Uttoxeter Branch. Quiet honestly Emma, and George are brilliant, offering such a professional, pleasant service. Their local knowledge is absolutely immense. They have the finger on the pulse continually, with regular updates. Our house was sold within 2 weeks. The lovely Sue (Rugeley Branch), was in the back ground, continually chasing solicitors etc... we really felt that we could leave these guys to it, and relax! These guys are professional, personable and we would highly recommend Abode because of this.

Totally unprofessional with a couldn't… Totally unprofessional with a couldn't care less attitude. Shame I can't give zero stars! We had booked a confirmed viewing of a fifth floor apartment with ABODE Bristol property lettings several days earlier. 24 hours before the viewing my wife contacted ABODE to check our booked viewing was still ok....as we had not heard back from ABODE....only to be told the property had two offers on the table one of which would be accepted, so the property was removed from their website and Rightmove's. So our viewing was effectively cancelled, shame they didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to inform us. ABODE were fully aware my wife had a broken ankle and would have been quite prepared to let us travel to the property and climb 5 flights of stairs on a totally wasted exercise. SHAMEFUL.

I dealt with Adam and his evaluation of the market conditions and overall valuation was spot on so the property was priced perfectly. The online gallery images looked great and well promoted on all the leading property sales websites. All the branch Staff worked hard to achieve a quick sale and they dealt with any issues in a prompt and efficient manner. Ignored sales enquiries, poor communication Sent a sales enquiry via Rightmove and followed up with an email a day and a half later. Received an auto response saying they will reply to the enquiry as quick as they can…… well all I can say they must be extremely busy to not be able to answer a quick email within 3 days especially in a depressed/ stagnant market. From experience with other agents, I’d say they are most likely bone idle and would prefer everyone else to do the work for them including potential buyers!
