It’s like trying to get blood out of a… It’s like trying to get blood out of a stone dealing with them. They give false information and swear what they’re saying is correct, then after 2 weeks of trying to get an answer from them to comfirm they act all snappy and rude about being completely wrong.

Terrible My partner had a shocking experience when selling a flat with abode. He was lied to by them throughout the process of selling with them and did not feel they gave him good advice or acted in his best interest. totally disappointing experience totally disappointing experience, had a break in due to their sheer negligence, left them a set of keys for a vacant property and they failed to secure french doors leading to a break in - fortunately nothing was stolen but damaged doors and had to get in a 24 hour locksmith on a bank holiday which cost an arm and a leg! Abode completely refused to acknowledge responsibility even though they were the only ones who had keys to the french doors - delisted them and got my key back off them they're only interested in taking your money and doing as little work as possible - they would ring me to meet prospective buyers saying that they were short of staff!! NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENT

Do NOT rent a property with them Do NOT rent a property with them! Misrepresents the property during the viewing, gives a lot of empty promises about sorting out issues before we arrive. Then during the year, they do not fix anything within the house even though we constantly keep calling/emailing them. Does not return deposits. The worst landlord I ever had to deal with!

Worst agent in the Midlands What an absolute disaster of an experience. Broken promises, no reply to emails. Complete ‘don’t care’ attitude. Have since gone with another agent who are lovely and keep me informed all the way.
