Amazing flat at Dubai Marina We had an amazing time in a flat booked via Airbnb located at Dubai Marina, next to the Intercontinental and opposite of Hilton an Marriott Hotel. The flat was exactly like shown in the provided pictures. We enjoyed the balcony with the amazing view a lot. Dubai Marina is a great spot to be, very vivid, lots to do and see, like the City Center the area of Dubai Marina seems to never sleep. Check in in the middle of the night was easy and also the check out early in the morning. The staff of the house was very friendly. The house has a great pool and underground parking, we were happy to use both. Super markets are just next door, Dubai Marina Mall on the opposite side of the water, the beach just 10 min. walking. We definitly will come back and choose the same location again.

IF YOU WANT LOT OF STRESS DURING YOUR VACATION BOOK FRANK PORTER !!!! Horrible service we received from FRANK PORTER. Very dishonest service. Stay away from their listings. I have been with AIRBNB for 10 years and never had this much issues. We stayed at they Burj Royale apartment in DUBAI. Never ending messages which got us nowhere, as everytime there was different person talk to or just chat bot. They listing description are misleading, and you never got what they describe in their listings. In our case it was the roof terase, pool - which was just for people of 14 years old and plus. And we had 6 years old son. Smell from sewage treatment plant, next door. They do not provide your with basic amenities like washing up liquid and enough toilet paper. We booked for 3 and got duvets and covers for 2, one night had to sleep under thin sheet. Also did not provide enough towels and our requests we ignored. THE CHERRY ON TOP, I requested refund or compensation during our stay which they ingnored. After we checked out, they created issue that we damaged tv and requested 400 eur compensation. Luckily we have video evidence to disprove it.

Beware Beware: they falsely advertise the property at a different address than the actual location. Then the refuse to issue a refund. It's a classic bait and switch.

Perfect for a Family Stay The property was amazing from the moment we entered the apartment block right until our last day. the property was clean, comfortable and all amenities like the pool, sauna, gym and changing rooms were great. I'd happily stay here again, it's great and secure for small children for sure. Frank was amazing, very responsive.
