GBIt's has lots of features that others… It's has lots of features that others don't. Customer service is Pawsome!! App & notifications can use some help - like notifications if the collar goes offline.... Some tweaking is needed. All in all - better than the rest, paws down!!

GBWe LOVE Link for our shih tzu We LOVE Link for our shih tzu - Anytime we're out I feel comfortable knowing it has GPS tracking, we use the LED light on our nighttime walks around the neighborhood (it's so much brighter than I thought it would be!) and I check everyday to make sure he's getting enough exercise. I've used call a vet service in the app too when we had an after-hours emergency, so that was very handy.

GBThere's No Perfect Tracker Link seems to be the most user-friendly of all the GPS trackers. That said, the original collar device is bulky, heavy and not comfortable to wear for my dog (bulldog). The GPS tracking on Link and the 3 other devices I tried is not accurate and certainly not in real time. Link shows my dog is 200 ft to the left of my house but he's actually sitting at the door waiting to be let in.

GBUnbelievable customer service Unbelievable product and customer service! Nichole Hannigan Helped me through the process to connect my dog’s collar. I had difficulty understanding some instructions, but she politely and PATIENTLY helped me set up the device. Nichole checked with me through email and phone post set-up to make sure my dog’s collar was working accurately. I have never had such incredible service from any Company In my life. GBWish I could give zero stars Purchased this item just over two weeks ago. First few days it worked, was actually fun to be able to see our pups activity level and location. However, not 10 days into it, and it stopped working completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and there were no changes. The cellular connectivity and GPS satellite availability were just fine. The battery was fully charged so those aren't the issues. I’ve attempted to call the help number that is offered with this product numerous times, only to be redirected to an automated answering service that takes your number with a promise to return the call, I’m still waiting one week later. Also, there is an email provided as another option when help is needed, so I attempted to try that method to resolve this issue. Still no response. I’m not sure what my options are to get a refund at this point. Very disappointed!
