GBThis is a bad product and worse company… This is a bad product and worse company do not buy. Sold me the collar and I live where AT&T cell service is not available then when I activated the collar then I find out it won't work never got any service they kept part of my activation fee because I was unable to call them back immediately to verify address but I had sent an email. And to make matters worse while I was trusting the collar to work the neighbor was shooting at my dog with a 9mm. These people suck and are crooks

GBCollar doesn’t live up to expectations We haven’t been very impressed with the Link AKC collar. It will not allow us to modify our home base range, so every time our dog is in the farthest part of the yard, it says he’s left the property. It doesn’t hold a charge for up to 3 days, and the signal is weak for hiking and camping trips. The app will not allow us to take photos or add photos to our Adventures.

GBLink's customer service is great Link's customer service is great! I also love that I am able to monitor my dogs activity and keep a record of our walks. I wish that I could integrate my dogs activity and exercise with mine in one app, but this is great for staying on top of keeping us booth healthy and active.

GBThe GPS doesn't work The GPS doesn't work. It works great right around my house but as soon as my dog goes for a walk with my wife, it can't located him. This is in the middle of a neighborhood. If your dog runs away, don't count on Link to locate him.

GBWorthless without a solid wifi signal The support team is great if you're looking to make new friends. However... for some reason I can not get a solid wifi connection thru Spectrum and as a result, the link-my-pet is absolutely useless. It just doesn't work and beyond frustrating when you see your 8 month old pup running off.
