Great company for opportunity We've really liked our time working with Loftium. They enabled us to live somewhere we otherwise wouldn't be able to afford in this market and give our kids a home to live in, in addition to earning some extra income and be able to meet so many great people. Loftium overall is very easy to work with and their platform has made so much improvement and advances since we started working with them in 2018. We look forward to continuing with them and hope they flourish across the country, helping people just like us.

Have had legitimately countless… Have had legitimately countless problems with this company and it’s Host to Own program. Between them refusing to do maintenance, leaving us and our extra unit without running water, to them over charging rent, to contact email or app changes every month making them impossible to get ahold of for help. Trust me, it is not worth it, no matter how easy or seamless they make it sound. They’ll leave you to solve every problem on your own while charging you into oblivion without discretion. Just do a traditional rental or buy with ANYONE. but them or Flyhomes, who now owns them. We’re now about to have to cancel our 3rd reservation this month because they will not fix the water. Save yourself, seriously.

Great Place to Stay While in Denver Great place to stay if visiting Denver. Host are accommodating and helpful. Renting a car during your trip is no problem in regards to parking; place was safe and easy to park at. The place itself was homey, relaxing and all that you need to enjoy a trip to Denver. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Great Extended Stay My stay was quiet, comfortable and convenient. Was able to successfully work remotely Monday - Friday and walk to the nearby grocery store for easy food purchases and Amazon orders from the locker. Bathroom is private and the room is secluded and clean. Great stay for remote workers needing somewhere quiet, private and affordable.

Loftium makes our travel job/life easier! Loftium made our work in Seattle much easier. We live on the road, and work fiber all over the West side of the country. Staying in larger cities tends to cost an arm and a leg, and comes directly out of our contractor pay. We are so grateful there is a company making it possible to marry those with extra space looking to pad their income with those of us who need a decent, safe place to stay for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for what you do! Our stay with Beau and Victoria was easy, affordable, safe, comfortable, and pleasant. We will continue to look through loftium for future stays!
