Slice of Heaven in Magnolia Seattle We just spent 3 weeks at Matt’s Magnolia AirBnB in Seattle and we could not have been happier. Matt was an extremely gracious host and he went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of during our stay. The accommodations were outstanding, the location ideal and the hospitality was second to none. Truly an amazing time!

Great Location, Affordable Price We stayed in a small but efficient room with clean bathroom and queen bed. The location was phenomenal and couldn't be beat for the price. The space was perfect for a two people to wash up, sleep and enjoy a couple of cups of coffee before heading out for the day and returning just in time to hit the sack. Michael, our host, was very responsive to any and all requests.

Visiting Seattle alone can be… Visiting Seattle alone can be overwhelming for some people when traveling at night. My check in was easy and communication was always there. I loved flying in late knowing there was some snacks and a kettle for hot tea waiting for me. The location is great and the 5 bus is literally at your door step making it easy for transportation. My room was extremely clean in a quiet safe location. My bed was amazing and loved having a mini refrigerator for snacks. Thank you again, for an excellent Seattle experience!

Second year with Loftium We’re going into our second year with Loftium. Their rental model really great if you’re up for the extra work of cleaning an Airbnb every few days or few week to earn the discounted rent. There were a few growing pains (which you should expect if you’ve never hosted an Airbnb before). But the support from Loftium is solid and we’ve found it to be the best rental deal you can get in a busy city.

Amazing Seattle vibes! We could not have been happier with our accommodations in Ballard! The space is perfect- very clean with fun decorative touches. We really appreciated the dog friendly nature, even dog treats available. The hosts were very available for recommendations (they also have an awesome website they created with ALL the good stuff in Seattle!). We really hope to stay here again!
