GBLoftium makes our travel job/life easier! Loftium made our work in Seattle much easier. We live on the road, and work fiber all over the West side of the country. Staying in larger cities tends to cost an arm and a leg, and comes directly out of our contractor pay. We are so grateful there is a company making it possible to marry those with extra space looking to pad their income with those of us who need a decent, safe place to stay for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for what you do! Our stay with Beau and Victoria was easy, affordable, safe, comfortable, and pleasant. We will continue to look through loftium for future stays!

GBThis spot was great This spot was great for me and my kiddo. Separate rooms and lots of space for activities. Carl and his partner were very kind and asked what we needed to make our stay better regularly. We had total privacy but always knew help was available. The location was also stellar as it was close to coffee shops, parks and restaurants.

GBHave had legitimately countless… Have had legitimately countless problems with this company and it’s Host to Own program. Between them refusing to do maintenance, leaving us and our extra unit without running water, to them over charging rent, to contact email or app changes every month making them impossible to get ahold of for help. Trust me, it is not worth it, no matter how easy or seamless they make it sound. They’ll leave you to solve every problem on your own while charging you into oblivion without discretion. Just do a traditional rental or buy with ANYONE. but them or Flyhomes, who now owns them. We’re now about to have to cancel our 3rd reservation this month because they will not fix the water. Save yourself, seriously.

GBMost kid friendly stay we've ever had This was by far the most kid friendly place we have ever stayed at. As soon as the host found out we had a three-year-old son traveling with us, they made sure there were kids books, games, and activities that delighted and kept our son entertained, which can be quite the challenge when traveling. One day that we decided to go to the beach they even let us borrow beach towels and sand toys, it really made our day! They were truly amazing hosts.

GBMajor red flags for renters and hosts Would rate zero stars if i could! the house was absolutely filthy—i wish i could post pics on here. Rotten food in the fridge, dirt, dust bunnies, half smoked joints on the floor, no functioning fire alarms, wires hanging from the ceiling, absolutely disgusting. I contacted the host and they said they could do nothing as they cannot process refunds themselves. loftium inc has done nothing to rectify the situation and i’m guessing they are avoiding me so that they don’t have to take responsibility or process the refunds that my group are deserved. Further, this seems like a nightmare situation for hosts (people trying to buy houses who have low income situations) who get very little income from the rentals and have to assume responsibility of the property without any support. major scam and literally terrible
