Unjust charges from Loftium!! We recently stayed in a apartment in Seattle and the stay was lovely. However at the end of our stay the toilet became clogged, due to no wrong item going in or anything we did other then normally use the bathroom we paid for. As any home owner knows a toilet can become clogged due to normal use, especially with high traffic toilets such as one rented to SEVERAL families! They had to call a plumber to use an auger and are claiming it falls on us! They are attempting to charge us for a $350 plumber service to THIER home. So future renters please be careful when you use the bathrooms in places you rent, if just so happens your the one it backs up on you might be paying to service someone else’s home!

Great company for opportunity We've really liked our time working with Loftium. They enabled us to live somewhere we otherwise wouldn't be able to afford in this market and give our kids a home to live in, in addition to earning some extra income and be able to meet so many great people. Loftium overall is very easy to work with and their platform has made so much improvement and advances since we started working with them in 2018. We look forward to continuing with them and hope they flourish across the country, helping people just like us.

Most kid friendly stay we've ever had This was by far the most kid friendly place we have ever stayed at. As soon as the host found out we had a three-year-old son traveling with us, they made sure there were kids books, games, and activities that delighted and kept our son entertained, which can be quite the challenge when traveling. One day that we decided to go to the beach they even let us borrow beach towels and sand toys, it really made our day! They were truly amazing hosts.

Second year with Loftium We’re going into our second year with Loftium. Their rental model really great if you’re up for the extra work of cleaning an Airbnb every few days or few week to earn the discounted rent. There were a few growing pains (which you should expect if you’ve never hosted an Airbnb before). But the support from Loftium is solid and we’ve found it to be the best rental deal you can get in a busy city.

Loftium makes our travel job/life easier! Loftium made our work in Seattle much easier. We live on the road, and work fiber all over the West side of the country. Staying in larger cities tends to cost an arm and a leg, and comes directly out of our contractor pay. We are so grateful there is a company making it possible to marry those with extra space looking to pad their income with those of us who need a decent, safe place to stay for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for what you do! Our stay with Beau and Victoria was easy, affordable, safe, comfortable, and pleasant. We will continue to look through loftium for future stays!
