The land I bought was exactly as pictured/described… or actually, it was better than the pictures could convey! Financing is easy and straightforward, and a valid deed was rendered immediately upon completion of payment. No issues. No stress. No worries. I would consider CCL a highly reputable seller and have encouraged family and friends to use them. (Our land agent this time around was Michael and he went above and beyond. Ask for him if you can!) GBI would have wrote a five star but I… I would have wrote a five star but I fill as if I wasn't treated equal are fairly as to the lot I was buying adjust to all sides was neighbors who also are buying from this bunch an was there before me this group of layers an jump the gun type neighbors looking take teachers pet I cut few trees to gather lumber to build my damn home well every single neighbor went told a different story called this classic an keep in mind now classic has to follow laws late payment one miss payment hardly allow to file closer an this bunc decided I later learn they have screw up bad they can not just self evict me on one miss payment an just because a bunch of dumb asses see a tree fall on my lot oh he's selling lumber these people had not one darn bit of proof they saw a lumber I cut go off site o. Truck witch I was preparing to build my home I got acusse of selling my trees witch under contract the land still there's but to try control every thing I do on my legal land I have contract for I got some news for you tree huggers OK civil rights resident laws intitle ment to privacy ur neighbors violated that invading a calling in lieing on me an classic u violated everything by assuming ur clients you Send to do your work who are not even employees ok illegal as shot if that old jar head client of yours hadn't came three lots down go out his way to start violating more my privacy rights with out my permission classic u hold no power to over ride my rights under contract weather I miss a payment are not contract is in place u no this ur client I'm going to file a fair equal housing rights to intitlement against you your clients for invading my privacy civil rights under fair housing act an it applys to all folks an you self evicted me with out advising me of my rights are choices I.
