I went through really rough times, and it affected my credit score. I cannot even get a credit card, not even the ones people get who have bad credit. my dream was to own land off the grid in the country. I will be honest I was really feeling like this was too good to be true but guess what it is definitely true. I even met my amazing neighbors who bought from classic country land 3 years ago and are very happy with classic country land. I am buying 27 beautiful acres in the Ozark mountains in mo. Shannon County. Here is the best part of this experience. Michael is the guy who we worked with on getting this property. Michael was so patient and amazing with us I am shocked at his kindness and thoughtfulness I had an issue with my bank, and I didn't think I was going to be able to get the deposit in my bank in time it broke my heart the thought of someone else buying the land I knew was meant for my family. Michael saved the day; he said I will stay up till 10 pm just so you get this land. This Gester of kindness was so refreshing you don't see kindness like this in this world we live in now he was so funny and very reassuring willing to put in more hours so we could make our down payment. Michael if you read this or your boss reads this you need a promotion and a raise you made this process so simple, I literally found the land and had the deed the next day it was a smooth process. I will be screaming off the rooftop how amazing this company is. Request Michael because I know for a fact, he will make this process so smooth and enjoyable. He even sent me a personalized video congratulating me. Michael and classic country land you made my dream come true when no other company could have done this for us. I drove 5 hours this past weekend to see the land in person. I was so in love with this property. This property was breathtaking and it was 2 mountains and a valley with breathtaking views. contact country classic land and request Michael you will not be disappointed this seemed too good to be true but my right hand to God it was true and simple take a chance you won't regret it.

GBFalse Advertising at it's finest Like many people during covid I was looking for an escape. I found Classic Country Land, LLC and was excited to find that they did owner financing considering I'm a disabled veteran. I found a piece of property I absolutely loved and drove the 6 hours one way to look at it. I noticed the property line split down the center of the road and talked with the team about how I can secure seclusion. They explained if I purchased everything in the rear that I would be able to protect myself. They explained to me that if I purchased lot 15, 3, and four that I would be able to protect myself. Over a year later after spending tens of thousands of dollars of developing the land, The adjacent property lot 14 has gone through multiple owners and they can't sell it. I got an email from the company stating that I needed to move my building and that they were going to open access to lot 14. They're now producing a survey that was never given to me. As evidenced Classic always provides The lot number, what the lot looks like, where it has access from, and any other information to include the payment options. The lot in question, lot 14 is only advertised to have access, as confirmed by Michael (Classic Salesman) when I originally purchased the land to only have access from the main road and not the unmaintained road. Classic is claiming that Michael is new and he doesn't really know the rules, and can't make decisions. It's absolutely a case of false advertisement for the benefit and gain of a company. They falsely left out / omitted access and have not been able to sell it therefore are trying to now enforce something that was not advertised or shared with any of the surrounding owners. Additionally the company is bullying and sending people on the property that are locals, while claiming the easement is public. The easements however are not public easements, they are access easements for adjacent landowners. In this case lot 14 was never part of it and classic never even finished the road or attempted to. Now after tens of thousands of dollars of development they're trying to gain it's benefits. I would run as fast as you can and never think about buying from this company! Let's show records because I can show all of the false advertising they're doing. No record was sent to me and I have direct conversations. GBMy experience with CLASSIC country land… My experience with CLASSIC country land has been better then I would have expected.i know these are crazy times hard to trust..but I did and it has gone completely by the book.i am 100 % satisfied with the service I have received from Classic country land LLC .

GBI have had a very good experience… I have had a very good experience buying my land. I researched and went and looked at the parcel, fell in love and called Michael who helped me through the easy down payment process and JUST LIKE THAT...Boom, Im a landowner. I would highly recommend this company. The contract is very transparent and easy to understand as well.

The land I bought was exactly as pictured/described… or actually, it was better than the pictures could convey! Financing is easy and straightforward, and a valid deed was rendered immediately upon completion of payment. No issues. No stress. No worries. I would consider CCL a highly reputable seller and have encouraged family and friends to use them. (Our land agent this time around was Michael and he went above and beyond. Ask for him if you can!)
