Actually the process was rather easy Actually the process was rather easy, the lady on the phone “Jenny “ was very nice and knowledgeable about the few properties we where looking at and answered all my questions .. after going and looking at the properties we picked one we liked the best and she walked us through the process .. Now we can go camping any time !! Truth is the property is way better than expected !!!

The properties they represent are beautiful, they actually listen to your budget and needs/wants and work with you to your satisfaction not simply push inventory they might have available/wish to move. Micheal made the process of buying land… Micheal made the process of buying land so very simple, I had a hard time deciding took me a few months. He would check back with me and I finally found one and the process of purchase was so easy, nothing is ever that simple but this was, I absolutely recommend CCL if you plan to purchase land.
