He was able to pull comparables and advise me of the market trend, purchase price, home showings, and any other questions that came about while my property was on the market. Being in a gated community has its perks, but when selling a home there is a down side. That is almost no drive by lookers except people already living in the community. You have to rely on multiple listing on the internet. We had more showings with Home Bay than with a standard real estate listing.
