I dealt directly with the buyers' agents, scheduling their visits, and put a lockbox on my door, so I did not have to meet any lookers, just gave them the access code and they let themselves into my house. The house sold within 60 days. I paid the full 3% commission to the buyer's agent, to encourage their interest, but it just made sense for me to save the seller agent fee, by using Homebay.
