Brenda I have had the pleasure of working with several great professionals with this company. However, Michael Combs and John Caceres are a dynamic duo! When I saw no light at the end of the tunnel, Michael must have spent hours on the phone gaining my confidence and helping me see how 321 would benefit me and my spouse, the most of all the things we were considering. Then along came John Caceres and made the transition so easy and stayed on the phone with me until everything was complete. It was easy to realize these two enjoy their job, but mostly love helping those who need help the most! Thanks Mike and John!!!

MISLEADING I was under the impression that this company would take over my debts and pay off those debts. I only added more debt to my credit score and put myself in more of a bind. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my peers going through what I am going through. I will try to find a way to terminate my agreement and handle my finances in another way.

Going No Where I have been paying them to take care of my debt and it is not improving my credit at all, it has actually gone down almost 100 points since I have been with them. I am so ready to leave this company. Also I spent over an hour on the phone going in circles and was getting really irritated because of how I was talked too.
