She is an amazing csr, and is very direct and helps me understand all I need to know about my bill everytime I call. Very smart and intellectual customer rep, and she needs a raise! Give her a raise please, cause she definitely deserves one!!!

Just disappointed There is no one I can never talk to. Someone is always calling about a payment after payment was sent. Nothing was done in my favor and I am destroying my credit even worst believing they were going to help me. Now I have to find a way to dig myself out of this ditch I allowed them to create.
