Clear violatior of the FCRA Mr. Marcus and Mr. Smith are clearly violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This company sent me a mailer. The mailer contained my current revolving debt level, which they could have only gotten from either one of the credit bureaus, a data reseller, or theft. The credit bureaus and resellers are required by the FCRA to put in my file the names and addresses of every ultimate user (called "end-users" in the law) of my consumer credit report. Neither "321Loans, Inc", nor any of the other companies owned by Mr. Marcus and Mr. Smith appear as end-users on my bureau reports. Which means, unless "321Loans" stole the info, someone's lying to the bureaus, which is a violation of the law. More to the point, any time you send an unsolicited mailer using consumer credit information (like overall debt levels), you must include on the mailer the disclosure required by 15 USC 1681m. That didn't appear on the mailer from them. That's illegal. Don't trust a place like this, they don't follow the laws they claim to know so well. Hopefully, they will soon meet the fate of their fellow scammer Michael Ainbinder and his "Golden EG Ventures LLC".

Big Disappointment Company never returns phone calls and never seems to be up to date with any information. But will constantly harass you if you are late with a payment, however if you ask the caller about updates on your file that information is never available. After a year of service my credit is worse than before....

I have tried multiple times to called the company I have been receiving letters about legal action against me?? They claimed that they will help you with your debt by calling all your creditors, however, almost 2 years and nothing has been done. My credit is on the floor and no answers.
