Trivago, check who you are dealing with! Booking a hotel using Trivago but the real reservation goes through Algotels. They make the ‘reservation’, take your money and than tell you that Algotel received the payment and will check if they can make the reservation at the hotel! Trivago: check who you work with because this is the last time I will use your site and I will make sure I tell everybody I know NOT to use Trivago

ACCC has shown they mislead customers Fined for misleading customers by the ACCC. Their credibility won't recover. Even now with some checks on rooms if inexpensive comes back as unavailable on those dates. However a check on a more reputable sites show availability. Puts up low misleading ratings for reviews, however when one tries to read these reviews you are unable to. Trivago is a waste of time, poor value and as the ACCC found has mislead the public.

Just stayed at best Western in Felixstowe Just stayed at best Western in Felixstowe for two nights .great staff very hardworking all of them good breakfast and Sunday carvery .rooms very well cleaned bit dated but very nice comfortable beds .would stay again .only criticism is there seems quite a lot of noise through walls from other people talking and TVs but having said that I sleep soundly so it didn't keep me awake . Some unfair comments on other guests feedback I feel .I enjoyed my stay 😊
