GBTrivago is almost a scam Trivago is almost a scam. They transferred my hotel reservation to a website (PriceTravel). But that website wasn't reachable to cancel the booking, even though the confirmation said "100% Refund". Nightmare. Had to go through my credit card company to resolve. NOTE...THE REPLY FROM TRIVAGO TO MY REVIEW (AND OTHERS) IS JUST AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED. AND THE EMAIL ADDRESSES MENTIONED DON'T WORK.

GBScam Alert You should investigate the companies that you refer your customers to BEFORE their credit cards get blocked. You sent me to Hurb.com, some Portuguese company that refused to help me when I contacted them. I thought Trivago was a big fancy company with big commercials...now I see that they are a weak, pathetic, small-time player that refers people to cheap, fly-by-night websites that get their credit cards blocked! Don't ask me to contact you to tell you how to fix it. Ge it right Before you go into business! Pathetic.

NZExtremely bad experience twice now… Extremely bad experience twice now booking through Trivago leading to Hotels.com - both times taking double the payment out of my account and only refunding half the amount, taking up to two weeks to return with less than half of the refund amount. Extremely hard to contact Trivago and Expedia.

GBJust stayed at best Western in Felixstowe Just stayed at best Western in Felixstowe for two nights .great staff very hardworking all of them good breakfast and Sunday carvery .rooms very well cleaned bit dated but very nice comfortable beds .would stay again .only criticism is there seems quite a lot of noise through walls from other people talking and TVs but having said that I sleep soundly so it didn't keep me awake . Some unfair comments on other guests feedback I feel .I enjoyed my stay 😊

IETrivago geography lesson required I was trying to find somewhere in the village of kilkee Co clare to stay so I don't need to use my car. I tried trivago who need a lesson in geography. I got places in ballybunnion 18 kilometres away and it's 25 just as far as Tarbert then a ferry to killimer and then another 20 kilometres to kilkee, there was radharc foraoise (forest view) in listowel area and my favourite a photo of the Bridges of Ross about 20 kilometres outside of kilkee with an address of ennis about 50 kilometres away. Very frustrating site.
