GBVery Disappointing Experience!!!!! A year ago I refinanced my mortgage with Brightpath. I was hoping to refinance once again. . . . .after more than 6+ months I finally terminated the refi loan process. This was the most convoluted, frustrating process I have ever experienced. Underwirting kept moving the goal posts. . . . .a very inconsistent, confusing process that eventually caused me to go with a national competitor. Not sure what changed in the past year but this is NOT the same company I dealt with successfully a year ago

GBOverall Overall - it was a pleasant experience. We did have some trouble getting timely answers to certain questions and got a number of incomplete responses. However, they did deliver on saving me money and time in closing. And even when we made some late term changes, they were able to accommodate.

GBPoor Experience Too difficult to work with. Rude to client's agents. Unprepared with wiring instructions at closing. Would not do mail-off closing for out of state seller.

GBI was not given the plan that I wanted I was not given the plan that I wanted. Shuland Lucke would not answer e-mails and would not return calls until the refinance was completed.
