GBDo not open an account with Greenwood… Do not open an account with Greenwood Bank! They do not have their own fraud department. Unlike other financial institutions, they provide no alerts of each transactions by text message in place. They just email you about the transactions. They allowed someone to compromise my account and refused to refund me the money that was stolen from me in a timely manner. They allowed the funds to be deducted immediately like the funds that were stolen from me! I am so glad that my Social Security Benefits are being deposited into this account!

GBGreenwood has been a great experience… Greenwood has been a great experience for me. I received not just a plastic card but a metal card. Set up my account and app loaded my first deposit and it has been seamless. I have contacted customer service a few times and they were very pleasant and helped me right away.

GBI'm giving Greenwood some grace I'm giving Greenwood some grace. Yes, their customer service is slow when it comes to answering the phone and responding to emails. I've had similar issues with my funds being available within (what I thought) a timely manner. I have not cut them off completely but I don't have all my funds going there just yet either. I still want to believe that Greenwood will be the bank it says it will be.

GBWorst experience ever went to the Post… Worst experience ever went to the Post Office to get some money orders tried to pay card declined. I called the bank and was told that there system doesn't recognize post office transactions. huh?? Seriously? Okay went home to make my payment online made 2 payments for 1200 then my card was locked, I called and was told to wait for 30 minutes then try my card again. All I'm trying to do is pay bills this is ridiculous definitely moving my money back to Navy Federal. Doesn't matter if you have Greenwood Metal card which you pay _4.99 a month for.

GBCustomer service get a 1 ⭐️ Customer service get a 1 ⭐️. Opens mid morning(10am), closes at 8pm, no weekend availability, Banking App is the worst. You have an issue after hours your screwed. Smallest infractions card will lock out on fraudulent matters even though they are not. Constantly have to call in to explain its myself making transactions. The ideas of GREENWOOD ARE 💯….the actions, research and development needs a lotttttttt of revamping and help…I’m not going to close my account but I will no longer direct deposit my funds or add funds. To many bad experiences in 60 days!! I tried to support but damn I travel wayyyy too much for no access to my revenue and finances when extremely important situations come about.
