GBFRAUD I have received a monthly email since Jan 2023 indicating that 'my monthly statement' is ready. I did not open an account with them and have reported it to them numerous times. They will NOT give me any information without my 16 digit card number.. which I obviously do not have. My call yesterday, I did ended up confirming my email address and last 4 of social... then was placed on a long hold... leary, I hung up. There are no replies to the support email I have found. Just wanted this public knowledge for others.

GBGood Source To be honest, I use the account for weekends when I go out. It is something good for people who want to set a few hundred dollars away. I also think it is a good idea for parents or guardians to give to their children or dependents where they can safely send them money. We have to understand that this is digital banking system as well. I believe the purpose is to get minorities to deposit their money into a bank to protect their money and avoid all these cash and deposit fees. I think we need to sit down and have a conversation with the founders as well as Coastal Community Bank to see how we can make this experience better.

GBDo not use greenwood!! Do not use greenwood!!! Cash app has cancelled a few transactions and when they finally expired over a week later greenwood put them in as 0.00 transactions instead of 210, 110, 100, & 50! Leaving me $480 short in my account. They keep telling me it'll be 24-48 hours before compliance contacts me but this started 8/21/23! No word from anyone at all. I call and call but nothing. I just need the money back in my account now!

GBGreenwood is an amazing banking… Greenwood is an amazing banking institution. I have been impressed with the commitment to change as a mission. Also the customer service is amazing as well. The app has been flawless and very easy to use. I know where my money is and it is always available immediately. I highly recommend Greenwood whether you are seasoned in finance or just getting started Greenwood will take you there.

GBI never received my debit card I never received my debit card. I requested another one and they charged me for it. You can’t send money out of the account because the app and Plaid keeps saying they failed to authenticate your bank, even though you have to log into that banks mobile banking to sync them. I wanted to support this bank because of the social aspect, but it’s just not worth it. You’d do better opening a checking account with a credit union or even an online bank. TRASH
